Michelle & Tom decided to get married on a beautiful sunny day in August in the Carmen de los Chapiteles in Granada, Spain. Read on for full details of their wonderful day!
Michelle spent the morning getting ready in the apartment she had rented in the Albayzin surrounded by her Friends and Family
and then her father arrived to escort her to the wedding venue and walk her down the aisle.
Meanwhile guests arrived at the Carmen de los Chapiteles where they received hats, parasols and fans to combat the heat of the day.
While they were waiting they consulted the timetable, table plan and enjoyed seeing all the family photos hanging from the tree.
The guests then settled in their seats and the groom Tom waited anxiously for the bride to arrive.
The beautiful bride Michelle made a spectacular entrance though the gardens of the Carmen
The ceremony was held on the terrace of the Carmen de los Chapiteles with a spectacular backdrop of the Alhambra on one side and the Albayzin on the other. The music was supplied by friends of the bride and groom who played guitar and sang throughout the ceremony.
After the ceremony guests enjoyed a glass of cava and some delicious canapes on the terrace and admired the bride’s fabulous ring!
The happy couple then took a romantic stroll together for some time alone
The dining area was decorated with stunning flowers, photos of every single one of her guests and a wonderful guest book of wooden hearts to be placed in a wooden frame,
The wedding party and guests enjoyed a delicious meal followed by some heart rendering speeches.
Michelle & Tom opened the dance floor with their first dance, soon to be joined by the rest of their family and friends.
